To join the project management team who are responsible for the design, construction, and delivery of a major hospital project of national and international importance.
You will have proven quantity surveying & contract administration skills coupled with the ability to motivate and manage a team of dedicated professionals across all disciplines associated with a project of this magnitude.
Reporting and advising the Board in relation to:
• Procurement Methods,
• Project Cost Control,
• Risk Management
• Dispute Resolution,
• Forensic Claims Analysis and
• Contract Management.
• Previous experience on large complex projects in Ireland or overseas an advantage
