Senior Site Engineer

ICDS are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee a new residential development consisting of 300+ housing units in Nenagh.

Project duration is Circa. 3 -years'.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate site activities to ensure efficient delivery of construction works.

• Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.

• Manage quality control and maintain accurate site records, including as-built documentation.

• Liaise with the Project Manager, Design Team, and Client Representatives as required.

• Monitor progress and assist in planning and sequencing works to meet key milestones.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements on site.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 5-years’ site engineering experience, ideally on residential or housing projects.

• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
