We are currently recruiting for one of Ireland’s leading architectural practices who are working on major projects in Ireland and abroad from inception through to completion on site.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Urban Designer from a planning, landscape or architectural background. 

You will be involved on a range of urban design and master planning projects including strategic visioning, concept design development, residential and mixed-use masterplans and public realm projects.  

Working closely with multi -disciplinary teams and studio design leaders, this position will contribute to idea generation and the documentation of urban design, planning and architecture projects and the development of  project graphics, content& reports

Requirements:

A passion for public space projects and urban design that crosses disciplines of design, culture, and art.

Experience in inclusive design and or community-focused public projects

Strong verbal and people skills and excellent design and visual skill

Strong future-oriented view and a sense for technology, design, architecture and urban planning and a keen researchers mind

Keen to push creative boundaries and explore new methods for research, design and implementation

Excellent presentation, report writing skills and verbal communication skills

Good drawing skills, ideal but not essential

Excellent graphic skills, with the ability to produce diagrams, drawings, design reports and presentations and presentation material

Good knowledge of 2D & 3D software (SketchUp, AutoCAD and/or MicroStation)Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator).
