Role: Design Manager

Location: Dublin

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design team to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to understand requirements and develop design strategies that meet project objectives.
• Demonstrate proficiency in high-rise, commercial, and residential projects, showcasing your adaptability across diverse environments.
• Oversee the development of design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Conduct regular design reviews to identify potential issues and implement necessary revisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the design process.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and excellence in design practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Design Manager with Main Contractors.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong technical expertise in construction design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
