Our client is a leading Main Contractor who are undertaking a high-end residential and commercial new build project in East London.

As the Design Coordinator you will be suitably qualified with at least 3- 5 years’ experience of Technical/Design Coordination with Contractors or Developers in the UK.

• Proficient in Autocad 2D
• Experience in new build projects / technical details
• Contractor/Developer background
• Experience with Utility company coordination.
• Prepare technical package
• Experience in closeout documentation and procedures
• Proficient in photoshop
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
