BIM Engineer - Galway / Limerick 

Our client is delighted to be working on a cutting edge development where, as an experienced BIM Engineer, you will be working on exciting and innovative projects whilst utilising your comprehensive knowledge in Autodesk Revit/Navisworks/Autocad to generate coordination plans whilst ensuring the highest possible efficiency and quality.

This is a full time, permanent position where you must be able to travel and work onsite in Limerick for a minimum of 3 days each week, with the remaining 2 days in one their offices at your convenience (Limerick or Galway or Cork).

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

Working closely with tenders, bids, temporary works, site and project teams in the design and production of 3D and 4D BIM Models
Support the project team and cleary understand their contractual obligations in clusing the conducting and reporting of regular onsite walk-throughs
Supporting the prodcution and delivery of project BEP, MIDP, MPDT and digital implementation strategy
Reviewing and validating Project Information Model (PIM) developed by design teams and subcontractors

Criteria:

Completed a third level qualification in construction, computing or a related discipline
3+ years of experience in construction, building BIM Engineering
Excellent written, verbal communication skills and experience working with MS Office
3+ years experience utilising Autodesk Revit, Viewpoints for Projects (VFP), Synchro Pro, AutoCAD, Navisworks
