Required for Tier-1 International contractor who utilize BIM on large building projects.

Great opportunity to work on exciting and innovative projects whilst utilizing your comprehensive knowledge in Autodesk Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD to generate coordination plans whilst ensuring the highest possible efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities: 

• Working on MEP coordination
• Working closely with tenders, bids, temporary works, site and project teams in the design and production of 3D and 4D BIM Models
• Hosting Coordination meetings
• Support the project team and clearly understand their contractual obligations and conducting and reporting of regular onsite walk-throughs. 
• Supporting the production and delivery of project BEP, MIDP, MPDT and digital implementation strategy
• Reviewing and validating Project Information Model (PIM) developed by design teams and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Completed a third level qualification in construction, computing or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience MEP BIM Coordination
• Excellent written, verbal communication skills and experience working with MS Office
• 3+ years’ experience utilizing Autodesk Revit, Viewpoints for Projects (VFP), Synchro Pro, AutoCAD, Navisworks
