We have an opening within ICDS Recruitment for a Payroll Administrator based out of our London HQ in Harrow on the Hill.

We are a construction and civil engineering recruitment consultancy who operate throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe.

Duties will include:

-Dealing with Timesheets (preparing, processing and chasing them weekly)
-Processing CIS and PAYE weekly wages spreadsheets
-Checking the number of hours employees have worked and calculating wages and salaries
-Collaborating with the HR department to maintain employee data and process in the Database
-Calculating pay raises, shift payments and overtime compensation
-Processing New Starters and Leavers in Sage
-Processing weekly PAYE payments in Sage
-Sending over CIS and Umbrella PAYE/payment preparations to Payroll Companies
-Saving and sending reports to HMRC
-Processing payslips, P45 forms, Year End Submission and P60s
-Pensions and benefits administration
-Resolving issues with timesheets, payslips and other payroll matters
