Financial Controller - €120-130K + package 

Very exclusive role for a high-performing Financial Controller with a leading Property Developer in NW Dublin.

Qualifications and experience:
• Playing a lead role in driving growth within the business
• Providing ongoing commercially focused finance decision support & commercial negotiations support
• Qualified accountant with minimum 5-10 years post qualification experience
• Management Reporting, KPI reporting with variance analysis
• Preparation for, and presentation at Board Meetings
• Exceptional commercial, financial and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
