You will be based in their London office, which is enjoying continued growth, have max 15 years post grad experience ideally in a similar role with proven track record of administering contracts to £10m+ such as:

• Office Blocks
• Commercial Developments
• Health Care Facilities
• School and University Campus’s

Due to recent bid wins our client now has several jobs running live concurrently so the successful candidate will have a definite career path to be the Senior Surveyor for London and the UK business.

This is an exciting time for the company who is in growth mode and wish to employ an ambitious QS/Commercial Manager to ensure they achieve their business plans for the UK.
