Our client is a leading multinational M&E contractor servicing "blue chip" clients who are some of the world’s leading names in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Oil & Gas, and Technology sectors.

Desired Skills/Experience:

• You will have 5 years experience in Major Industrial Mechanical installations e.g. Data Centres / Electronics / Medical Devices / Pharma / Petrochem installations.
• You will have experience in measuring from plan drawings and isometrics to produce fully priced detailed bills of quantities c/w labour hours and material costs.
• You will have experience in all HVAC and specialist pipework systems, chilled water, LPHW, Drainage, compressed air, ductwork etc.
• You will have experience in tracking costs and labour through a project, preparing costs for variations, and producing monthly valuations.

Role is to carry out a full construction take off, prepare a construction cost plan and track costs and labour cost and efficiency through the project. To prepare subcontract packages for procurement, agree contracts and manage to a final account.
