Project Manager, (Mechanical) - Galway

Required by leading M&E contractor who have an excellent track record in the delivering some of Irelands major new build projects in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, educational, industrial, public & private sectors, including major ongoing maintenance contracts.

Based in the Galway/Mayo region you will be responsible for projects nationwide, the company also has interests in Ireland, UK and EU.

You will work as part of the management team reporting to the Managing Director and be responsible for the following:

• Sourcing work and developing relationships with clients and contractors
• Estimating (to include take-offs, pricing and compilation) of tender submissions
• Liaison with client on sign-off of all contract documents for the project
• Procurement of all large plant and responsibility for producing procurement schedule for all materials
• Organise commissioning schedules
• Cost control and Account Management
• Claim Submission & Certification
• Applying ISO and Environmental policies and standards

The successful PM will manage large and small projects simultaneously and have the opportunity for the promotion to manage the Mechanical Division for the Group.
