Quantity Surveyor urgently required: London – Excellent package

Our client is an established, innovative and progressive contractor who delivers a range of complex specialist construction services and solutions on some of the most challenging and high profile construction projects in the UK.

Due to their continued growth and experienced Quantity Surveyor to work as part of the construction team taking responsibility for post-contract commercial matters. This role will include sub-contract negotiations, preparation and submission of monthly valuations and variations, final account preparation, negotiation and agreement.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years experience with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

An excellent salary/package is on offer for suitable candidates.
