Description QA/QC Engineers, Russia Our client establish over thirty years is today one the leading contractors in the UAE. They have recently won an iconic tower project in Russia's second city St Petersburg. The will undertake the construction of a 400m tower alongside surrounding development. Our client's intention is to expanded geographically with this landmark project and continue development in the region. The first phase of this massive project will include five other buildings. The tower will feature office space, leisure and entertainment facilities, as well as library and sports centre. For this project our client requires a highly experienced Project QA/QC Engineers Responsible to: Project QA/QC Manager Responsible for: QA/QC Department Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for management and reporting on aspects related to Project quality assurance and quality control. Preparation of the Project Specific Quality Plan, and related procedures. Deployment of the Quality Management & Control programme for the project. Establishing ( Project Manager ) Process Objectives , Targets and Key Performance Indicators Monitoring and reporting on KPIs Technical Process and System Audits on Subcontractors , and off site facilities against the ITPs and Method Statements Issuing, administration and close out of Corrective Action Requests Reviewing quality related trends , proposing improvement measures Staff training Management of QA/QC team Preparation of QA Reports, review of Weekly QC Reports and QA/QC Reports Liaison with Consultants & Determining causes of Non conformances in the works and Non Compliances. Requirements You should currently be employed in a similar role with a major international contractor and ideally hold experience in high rise developments. Experience in the region would although not be essential would in doubt prove to be adventitious. On offer A tax free salary well above industry average.
