M&E Co-Ordinators - Dubai

Our Dubai based Clients are actively recruiting M&E Co-ordinators to work on various high rise residential, commercial, healthcare, retail & Leisure facility properties. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5years experience working on similar projects.

Responsibilities include:-

• Directing MEP Site Engineers/Inspectors.
• Ensuring that the project MEP work is carried out in accordance with the required
• quality, cost and time constraints.
• Co-ordination and administration of MEP related material, equipment and drawing submittals.
• Ensuring that MEP work is executed on site in accordance with the contract drawings, specifications, agreed procedures and method statements.
• Review, control and approval of MEP subcontractors work procedures and method statements.
• Liaison with the Engineer's MEP Supervisory Engineer, inspectors and relevant staff.
• Ensuring that the MEP subcontractor provides and adheres to the necessary QA control documentation in an orderly and organised way.
• Ensure that As Built Drawings and O &m manuals and related documentation are prepared, reviewed submitted and approved in a timely manner and in accordance with contract requirements.
• Checking that MEP valuations correspond with progress.
