Assistant Project Manager – South Dublin

Well established my client has steadily grown to become a significant member of the Construction and Developments sector in the Irish Construction sector.

Working in conjunction with some of Ireland’s leading Design and Project Management teams, the company has undertaken many prestigious and projects for clients throughout the region.

Continuing to demonstrate there commitment to excellence in design and engineering they have set the standard for personalised care and attention to detail. Project list includes designs and builds, industrial and retail structures that accord with the highest in design standards.

Due to continuing growth they have an opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager based from the South Dublin area the successful candidate will ideally have a degree in Construction Management or similar qualification.

• Candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills with good site based knowledge and experience on a broad range of projects in the construction sector in Ireland or the UK from high rise buildings to housing, heritage conservation, refurbishment and industrial estate development.

• Have extensively worked within the Construction industry involving planning and co-ordination of sub-contractors.

• A history of seeing a development through to the finishing stages as well as communicating and adapting with the design team.

• You will be suitably qualified and already have proven your ability to manage successfully a wide range of building projects ranging from €5 to €40 million with a minimum of 3 years postgraduate experience.

• You will be energetic and dynamic along with having excellent people management / interpersonal and communication skills to operate at this senior management level.
