Product Manager - healthcare - Meath.
This is a contract posting of circa 9 months' duration.

In this role you will drive sales of assigned product lines, be responsible for the identification, evaluation and development of new business opportunities in new and existing markets, which lead to agreed top line revenue and margin growth.

Principle Responsibilities will include:

Develop and implement marketing plans and launch materials and complete analysis of markets.

Lead the new product introduction process.

Lead the company to ensure an increase in brand awareness, ensuring the company becomes a recognised leader in the market segments in which they operate. Manage the product life cycle for each of the major product areas.

Develop systems and processes that increase market knowledge with regard to new and existing markets.

Work with Regional Sales Managers to reach agreed top line revenue. Ensure each element of the marketing mix is correctly attuned to market needs to reach agreed revenue and profitability goals.

Lead and work within multifunctional teams in the definition and commercialisation of new products.

Responsible for both the development and ongoing relationship with all customers, internal and external.

Carry out projects and duties as assigned by your manager in an efficient, timely and cost effective manner.

Travel associated with this role will be approximately 50 days per annum.

 

Interested applicants should have and be:

Educated to degree level or equivalent within a relevant discipline.  Post Graduate qualifications desirable.

Up to five years' relevant experience in a customer focused role/marketing & commercial background within a leading Medical Device/healthcare organisation.

Experienced Project Manager in a multi-national environment with general knowledge of European Healthcare Markets.

Understanding of direct "end user" sales and business to business relationships.

Will understand the clinical indications for use of product and the use of the product in a clinical setting and have a complete and thorough knowledge and understanding of the market place and competitors.

Fluency in one or more European Language desirable (German/French)
